When will I be charged?
Nothing is charged today. Your card is charged the monthly plan price when your 14-day free trial ends, and then every month until you cancel. Usage beyond your monthly credit comes out of your wallet as you use it.
What's the monthly usage credit?
Every monthly plan includes a usage credit each month for texts, calls and email: $5 on Standard (about 200 texts or 150 outgoing call minutes), $10 on Professional (about 400 texts or 300 minutes) and $25 on Premium (about 1,000 texts or 750 minutes). Estimates assume single-segment texts, including carrier fees. Usage beyond the credit is billed from your wallet at standard rates.
How do I cancel?
Email [email protected]. To avoid the next monthly charge, cancel at least 10 days before your next billing date, or before your trial ends to avoid any charge.
