can i cancel at any time?

Yes. Just remember to initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date. Please initiate your request through our support email. You’re not locked in any contracts with us!

what other fees can i expect?

The only other charges you have to worry other than our monthly subscription are the texts, emails & calls, which are billed directly through Twilio & Mailgun. You can view the wholesales pricing here.

what type of support & help can i expect?

We offer extensive online ticketing support from our team or you can use our live chat from 11AM ET – 7PM ET seven days a week. You can also use our online help resources, live training sessions, and a library of WildGrowth Control produced how-to videos.

why do i need onboarding?

To ensure that all of our WildGrowth Control users are setup for success & growth, we’ve made an onboarding and coaching call a pre-requisite. The onboarding is a one-time payment of $297 and you will be provided with two personal hour long sessions to fuel your marketing and sales growth strategy.
