Usage is billed separately at 10 times standard rates. You can request a refund of the plan fee within 7 days. Switching to a monthly plan later permanently ends Lifetime. Questions before you start
What does "lifetime" mean?
Your access lasts for as long as WildGrowthControl offers the service and your account stays on the Lifetime plan. There's no monthly plan fee.
How does 10x usage work?
Instead of a monthly fee, usage such as texts, calls, email and AI is billed from your wallet at 10 times the standard rate. If you send a lot, a monthly plan may cost less: compare the costs.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a refund of the $100 plan fee within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Usage already spent isn't refundable, and the account is closed when the refund is issued.
Can I switch to a monthly plan later?
Yes, at any time. Switching permanently ends your Lifetime plan, and you'll only have the features of the monthly plan you choose, so check which features you use first.
Why will my invoices show a monthly subscription?
Lifetime runs on a subscription in our billing system so your account stays active. You pay $100 once, and from the second month your invoices show the plan at $0, plus any usage from your wallet. You won't be charged the plan fee again.
